Getting Started

Does Reach work at every trade show?

Yes — Reach works at any trade show, conference, or networking event worldwide. No special setup required. As long as the lead has a digital footprint (LinkedIn, company website, public records), Reach handles the rest.

Do I need to rent a badge scanner?

No. Reach replaces badge scanners entirely. Download the app on your iPhone, create your account, and your phone camera does all the work — any badge format, QR code, or business card.

What if someone's data doesn't come up?

Reach can only enrich leads with a digital footprint. If data isn't found, you'll be alerted immediately. You can ask for a business card, take a photo, or manually enter details. Notes and qualifiers are always saved regardless.

Data & Enrichment

Where does Reach get its data?

We aggregate from premium providers including ZoomInfo, Hunter, and Apollo for email verification and contact data. Our algorithm cross-references multiple sources to select the most relevant, up-to-date information — never relying on a single source.

What data do you enrich leads with?

Verified email, LinkedIn URL, direct phone, company size, estimated revenue, funding stage, growth signals (hiring, expansion), industry classification, and a decision-maker score. Most enrichments complete in under 10 seconds.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with row-level security for complete team isolation. Voice notes are transcribed then immediately deleted — we only store the text transcript, never the audio.

Credits & Billing

How do credits work?

Each lead uses 1 credit. Credits are shared across your entire team from a single pool. Each credit includes the full experience: badge scan, AI enrichment, lead scoring, voice note transcription, and qualifier detection.

How long do credits last?

Credits are valid for one full year from the date of purchase. Plenty of flexibility to use them across multiple shows and events throughout the year.

What if we run out during a show?

Reach offers auto-billing — when credits dip below 25, the admin is prompted to top up. You can also purchase one-time packs of 25, 50, or 100 credits directly in the app. You'll never be caught off guard.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind Reach 100%. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Contact our support team and we will take care of it immediately.

Integrations & Exports

What CRM software do you support?

Reach exports clean CSV files compatible with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Copper, and any CRM that accepts CSV imports. Direct one-tap integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot are coming soon.

Can I export to email marketing tools?

Yes. CSV exports work with Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, and any platform that supports contact list imports — move leads into nurture campaigns the same day you capture them.

Product & Features

How does lead scoring work?

Every lead is scored 0–100 across Company Fit, Role Authority, and Timing Signals. Each lead gets a temperature — Hot (80–100), Warm (50–79), or Cold (0–49) — so you can prioritize follow-ups instantly.

How do voice notes work?

Record after any conversation. Reach transcribes it, cross-references your preset qualifiers, and detects signals like "budget confirmed" or "decision maker." Key quotes are saved alongside the lead record.

Is Reach available on Android?

Reach is currently iOS-only. Android support is on our roadmap — follow our blog for updates on the timeline.

Can my whole team use Reach at one event?

Every team member gets their own workspace with all leads from every show in one place. Admins see the full pipeline and generate end-of-show reports. Credits are shared from a single team pool.
